Data we collect
Your email address (passwordless sign-in, contact); the photos and videos you upload to create a slideshow; payment details, handled directly by Stripe. MonDiapo never stores your card number.
Purpose
To create and deliver the slideshow you ordered, send you a sign-in link by email, and process the $1.99 payment per generated slideshow.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract (slideshow creation, payment) and, for request-rate limits, legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
Retention
Photos, videos and the generated slideshow are automatically deleted 48 hours after project creation, whether paid or not. An optional user account is kept until you ask for it to be deleted.
Sub-processors
Hostinger (website hosting), Cloudflare R2 (temporary file storage), Stripe (payment), Resend (sign-in emails). Each processes only the data strictly needed for its role.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, objection and portability of your data: write to mondiapo.contact@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Cookies
MonDiapo only uses a strictly necessary session cookie for sign-in (no advertising or tracking cookie). Audience measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics) works without any cookie or personal data.
Security
All connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Your files are accessed only through temporary, signed links, never public.
